  • How is the return procedure instigated?

    In compliance with article 6 of our terms and conditions an item can be returned or exchanged within 14 business days. Before you return an article, every return shipment must be registered via the support form, so it follows the correct procedure.

    Not all items can be exchanged. See article 10 of our terms and conditions for an overview of the excluded items and services.

    We request you keep to the following plan. That way, we can process your return shipment as smoothly as possible.

    1. Use the support form to indicate you wish to return an item.
    2. You will receive a confirmation of your request by email.
    3. You will receive instructions for the shipment of the item by email.
    4. After receipt of your return shipment, you receive a confirmation by email.
    5. We exchange the article (if in stock) or refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, though within 30 days.

  • Product defective on arrival (DOA)

    A defect on arrival must be registered through the support form as soon as possible, though definitely within 14 working days.

    We request you keep to the following plan. That way, we can process your return shipment as smoothly as possible.

    1. Use the support form to indicate you wish to return an item.
    2. You will receive a confirmation of your request by email.
    3. You will receive instructions for the shipment of the item by email.
    4. After receipt of your return shipment, you receive a confirmation by email.
    5. As soon as we receive the return shipment, we exchange the article (if in stock) or refund the purchase amount, (possible) shipping costs and return costs as soon as possible, though definitely within 30 days. 

  • Right of withdrawal/trial period

    In compliance with article 6 of our terms and conditions an item can be returned or exchanged within 14 business days. 

    Products and/or packages which are damaged or incomplete are not eligible for exchange or restitution. Make sure you open the packaging as neatly as possible, without any tearing. Before you return an article, every return shipment must be registered via the support form, so it follows the correct procedure.
